We are presently recruiting for a Portfolio Lead. - Body (Body Contouring, PSRM) based in Markham. This full-time position reports into the Marketing lead for AA Canada.

The incumbent will drive the category-leading brand which fills a unique and critical role in our patients’ lives and our customers’ practices. The portfolio Lead
- Body, will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers (Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners), consumers, and the Allergan Aesthetics business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic and innovation pipeline planning for portfolio. Launch readiness plans leadership.
- Ensures integration, alignment and consistency between brand plans / tactics
- Owns KOL & association/network strategy and management (colleges, etc)
- Builds and owns KAM strategy in collaboration with Key Acc. Teams.
- Owns cross brand initiatives (ad boards, events, conference strategy, Value Prop.)
- Ensure cross functional alignment of all supporting partners (AMI, Medical, Comms,)
- Lead the team of Brand managers and Ass. PM. Strategically allocating resources allocation between brands based on requirements/projects
- Works closely with ISM and regional MKT teams to guarantee alignment of affiliate strategy and company drivers. And to leverage and maximize portfolio resources
- Drives the analytics and MKT insights at portfolio level integrating insights from different brands. Collaborating closely with other portfolio lead and MKT director for an integrated strategy.
- Integration of DTC and HCP strategy at portfolio level
- Work closely with Marketing colleagues to develop synergies with the other businesses in the Allergan Aesthetics Body portfolio (including Body Contouring and Plastic Surgery and Regenerative Medicine Portfolios)
- Motivate and inspire field sales teams by delivering innovative and value-creating tools and programs.

**Skills**:

- Professional Marketing experience in aesthetics or medical device desired.
- Experience in contributing to brand strategy and tactical planning in a cross-functional team environment, including strategy formulation, competitive and customer analysis, and tactical program development.
- Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure success and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Excellent analytical skills & ability to interpret data to drive business performance.
- Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.
- Leadership and people manager skills.
- Collaborative style and resourceful self-starter.
- Able to multi-task with a high level of organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and opinion leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Completion of a 4-year university degree in either business or science; MBA is an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Flexibility for travel is required (~ 20%).
- Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
