Approved Auto Group is launching a new division: "Drive Growth A.I Consulting". This new division is a leading provider of innovative CRM solutions powered by artificial intelligence. Our cutting-edge software empowers businesses to streamline their sales processes, enhance customer relationships, and drive growth using new technologies and Artificial Intelligence. As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join our remote team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their specific business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our solution in the marketplace.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in selling SAAS software or CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to prospects.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $36,463.46-$122,790.97 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
