As a Mortgage Agent, you will be responsible for assessing and analyzing loan applications, reviewing credit reports and financial documents, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and guiding clients through the mortgage process. This is a contract role.QualificationsMortgage Industry, Mortgage Servicing, and Mortgage Lending skillsExperience in underwriting, assessing, and analyzing loan applications for mortgagesMortgage Marketing skillsKnowledge of mortgage regulations and complianceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldExperience with AI technology and P2P platforms is a plusIn-House Learning AcademyLendwire is proud to launch our Learn with Lendwire series that gives agents the opportunity to learn and train within our own portal. Our system operates similar to those you've already used when obtaining your Mortgage Agent or Mortgage Broker License. By completing courses, you will further your understanding and knowledge, and can even take courses aimed at higher splits, salary or even other positions within the company. Lead DrivenWe are happy to provide free pre-qualified leads to our agents that is not gated behind volume, but behind your individual turnover rate. We focus on training all agents to get better at servicing their clients and closing their deals.
