**WestWorld Computers is seeking a Network Administrator responsible for managing our Apple-centric business client's technical infrastructure, networking and end-user needs. Members of the Apple Consultants Network are encouraged to apply.**

**The role of the **Lead Apple Professional Services Technician **will be to**:

- Work with account managers to address the technical needs of our professional and business clients
- Visiting client sites to provide routine maintenance to their systems, network, workstations and backups
- Providing remote troubleshooting and support
- Designing new deployments in consultation with the account manager and client
- Planning upgrades to critical systems to minimize impact to client operations
- Preparing reports and billing based on work performed, recommended, and prepare recommendations for future upgrades
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
- Network Design and Security
- Cloud Enterprise Services (Microsoft 365 & Google)
- Mobile Device Management Platforms
- Onsite and off-site backup solutions
- Server Virtualization and Deployment
- Server, Workgroup, and File Sharing Management
- Printer networking setup
- Knowledge of shared Mac & PC networks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
