**The Role**:
The Inside Sales Representative supports the day-to-day needs of our Sales team and will have a wide range of responsibilities. This fast-paced environment requires an individual that is a proven multitasker, someone who can prioritize their responsibilities while in an ever-changing environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact and beyond.
- Enter customer orders, including cancellations, return authorizations and change orders, in the ERP system (SAP) with accuracy.
- Support customers with accurate and timely order processing.
- Manage assigned small accounts.
- Learn about the technical attributes of lithium-ion batteries to support customer enquiries.
- Interact with customers to provide product information and monitor for issues, take immediate action where possible and escalate when required.
- Create RMAs and liaise with internal Quality team on customer returns.
- Answer operational inquiries and attend calls with customers and Sales team.
- Coordinate customer ad-hoc requests and ensuring completion.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in business administration or marketing management, or 1-2 years customer support experience in a busy sales environment with a strong interest in pursuing your career in this field.
- Strong communications skills with a customer-first focus.
- Thrives on being organized with great follow-through, attention to details, and high motivation.
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
- Hands on experience within an ERP system, preferably with SAP knowledge, and working knowledge with Salesforce. Training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on Excel.
- Must be able to work flexible hours (including weekly evening meetings with customers and team in Asia).
