**Quality Control Specialist/Pole Line QC Specialist**

**Full time**
- **SpidaCalc and Quick Pole exp is MUST, Rogers Exp is Must, Must have analyzed 1000+ poles**
- Quality Control Specialist, responsible for OSP Fiber, 5G, HFC, and BAU work orders in the Greater Toronto Area.
**Position Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree (preferred)
- Must have experience in the Telecommunications Outside plant engineering and/or construction industry.
- Experience with Aerial Communications line & poles inspections or design. Using CSA 22.3 No. 1-20 Overhead Systems. and O.Reg. 22/04 guidelines.
- Should have good understanding of basic computer concepts and technology. Experience with the following design programs: Quick Pole and SpidaCalc is strongly preferred.
- Should have strong understanding of Design and construction of Fiber Optic Cable (UG, Aerial, Buried, BICS) and manhole and conduit design (strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of Fiber backbone (F1) and distribution networks (F2), 5G/Smart City high level designs is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of permitting processes (highway, railroad, city, county, etc.) are also highly desired.
- Must be able to work and walk for the majority of the work day, in various terrains and weather conditions.
**Salary**: $52,463.43-$90,581.57 per year
