**Background**:
Our federal government clients are looking to augment their current in house staff within their Service Delivery Transformation initiative. They are looking to accelerate deployment, and end-user adoption along with improving the Service Catalogue to empower end-users self-serve and to automate ticket routing. This will address the key organizational challenges and adopt consistent service level objectives across the organization and achieve these objectives to improve performance. Initiatives and actions to further identify, and structure, the IM/IT Service Desk optimization roadmap.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance at the level of SECRET (must already be held)**
- 10+ years as a Change Manager
- University degree or college diploma in Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration;
- 3 valid IT certifications in IT service management or Project management
- 8 years experience with large public sector based projects.

**Responsibilities could entail**:

- Identify organizational and/or project business opportunities for improvement and streamlining of business processes to support the digitization of the Service Support and Delivery service model;
- Plan and support the evolution of the service support and delivery capability maturity strategy and roadmap, develop the service support program of change and the performance gains/benefits realization approach;
- Provide business rationale, justification and benefits realization plans to support the service support and delivery capability improvement initiatives and projects;
- Align service support and delivery management and governance interactions for an efficient and effective service support and delivery system;
- Identify and assess the proposed program of change initiatives and the impacts to the service support and delivery business architecture (organization, people, technology, and process) and propose strategies and a roadmap to accelerate adoption of the improved client service support and delivery capability;
- Develop the service support program of change measurement approach, assess the progress of the service support and delivery capability evolution and report progress to senior management;
- Identify and prioritize service support and delivery modernization and improvement opportunities, initiatives and projects that accelerate the capability evolution and maximize the benefits of the service support and delivery optimization program of change;
- Design training and performance support strategies and implementation plans to meet learning requirements and performance targets;
- Develop and implement the service support and delivery operations and business performance measurement models and analyze and develop business success "critical success factors" and KPIs;
- Analyze and develop/update the business architecture requirements, design, process development, process mapping and training to optimize business performance;
- Integrate technology, people and process change deployments to minimize disruption to operations and ensure continuity of service support and delivery and attainment of the new level of performance;
- Support functional staff in defining the business strategy and processes in support of the service support and delivery optimization and service support program of change implementation and the realization of anticipated benefits;

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $80.00-$120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
