We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support ongoing programmes run out of our Gatineau office.

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery to RHEA’s clients, often working as the bridge between RHEA’s delivery teams and the client teams.

This position will fulfil an essential role at RHEA - working as part of the management team and liaising internally to leverage corporate services in support of their assigned programme.

**About the team and location**:
In this role, the Service Delivery Manager will be working with an established team of RHEA security consultants delivering a wide range of physical security consulting services to various stakeholders on Parliament Hill in Ottawa/Gatineau.

**Tasks and Activities**:
The scope of work will include:

- Managing security consulting projects, developing statements of work, and carrying through project initiation and execution.
- Delivering security consulting and design services as a leader of a team.
- Developing Threat and Risk Assessments, Security Design Briefs, Security Requirements Documents and Security Mitigation Design Solutions.
- Reviewing functional programs, architectural/electrical/mechanical drawing sets and specifications and developing commensurate security designs and solutions for the defined environment.
- Attending project meetings and workshops, providing contributions in the area of security threats, vulnerabilities and mitigations.
- Managing the creation and maintenance of program tracking documentation, including Statements of Work, Resource Estimates, Project Status Reports etc.
- Formulating statements of problems and managing the establishment of the development and implementation of significant, new, or modified program elements to solve these problems.
- Defining and documenting the objectives for the program including determining budgetary requirements, schedules, risks, and team composition, roles, and responsibilities and terms of reference for the team.
- Preparing formal task proposals, work breakdown structures, compliance charts, project schedules, change requests, etc.
- Preparing draft procurement documents, including statements of work and evaluation plans, criteria, and evaluation schedules etc.
- Creating and providing briefings and reports on progress and concerns of the programme(s).

**Skills and Experience**:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:

- A post-secondary diploma or degree, ideally in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, or technical field).
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the security profession, ideally working in a Canadian federal government context.
- Experience working in the security field in large, complex, enterprise environments. This includes (but is not limited to) physical security, critical infrastructure protection, intelligence, and/or security contracting.
- Experience or exposure to physical security systems design, implementation, and/or support of a technical nature.
- Experience with the integration of security requirements, solutions and systems into new build or renovation projects.

The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Any of the following credentials: CPTED, PSP, CPP, PMP, P. Eng.
