PRINCIPALES TÂCHES:

- Aider à l’administration quotidienne des efforts liés aux programmes First Tee - Premier départ, notamment le programme des installations de golf, le programme scolaire, le programme communautaire et la formation des bénévoles et des entraîneurs.
- Répondre aux demandes directes des clubs de golf, des professionnels de golf, des enseignants, des parents/tuteurs et des dirigeants communautaires.
- Recruter des bénévoles pour aider à la mise en œuvre du programme sur les sites de programme (installations de golf).
- Coordonner le calendrier, les inscriptions, la collecte de données et les comptes rendus avec les sites de programme.
- Mettre à jour et entretenir la base de données de rapports (Salesforce) et le site web (WordPress).
- Aider à la coordination de la livraison de l’image de marque, de l’équipement et du matériel de programme avec le personnel du siège social de First Tee (É.U.) et de First Tee - Premier départ Canada.
- Collaborer avec le responsable du marketing et des communications à la promotion des programmes, des initiatives et des évènements de First Tee - Premier départ afin d’augmenter le nombre d’inscriptions de participants et de susciter l’intérêt des donateurs.
- Aider à l’élaboration et à l’exécution d’évènements spéciaux comme des activités communautaires, des séances d’essai, des évènements de collecte de fonds et d’autres initiatives au besoin.
- Coordonner et aider à la mise en œuvre des offres de formation régionales du programme scolaire ou communautaire.
- Travailler de manière coopérative et efficace avec le personnel de l’Association de golf de l’Alberta afin de respecter les obligations provinciales en matière de reddition de comptes.
- Diriger la collecte et l’examen des vérifications des antécédents des entraîneurs et des bénévoles pour assurer la conformité aux règles de sécurité dans les sports.
- Échanger avec les propriétaires/exploitants de terrains de golf et les diverses communautés afin de favoriser, de développer et d’entretenir des relations clés.
- Autres tâches sur demande.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES:

- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et administratives.
- Excellentes compétences communications verbales et écrites.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle et maîtrise professionnelle des communications interpersonnelles, téléphoniques et par courriel.
- Forte capacité de prise de décisions et de résolution de conflits.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, et surtout de MS Excel.
- La connaissance ou l’expérience du golf ne sont pas exigées, mais un intérêt pour le jeu de golf et la mission de Golf Canada est nécessaire.
- Un diplôme d’études postsecondaires en affaires ou gestion sportive ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité d’exécuter plusieurs tâches concurremment dans un environnement au rythme accéléré.
- Une expérience de travail avec une Association provinciale ou nationale de golf est un atout.
- Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est un atout.
- Capacité de voyager à travers l’Alberta et de faire des heures supplémentaires au besoin.
