- **Overview**:_

Fast paced, customer-oriented environment, responsible for scheduling drivers & concrete deliveries, ordering raw material as required for production, optimizing KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators, ie: m3/Man-hr., truck utilization, on time deliveries) and ensuring accurate batching to provide quality product and service to meet the customers' requirements daily.
- **Overview of Responsibilities but not limited to**:_
- Stakeholder Relations - build, maintain and have excellent interaction with our customers, drivers and colleagues. Promote and maintain a TEAM environment.
- Efficient Driver Call Ins - schedule drivers and deliveries, while meeting customer expectations and plant operating capabilities.
- Plant Efficiency - understanding of plant operations, maintenance, ordering parts/supplies, coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Computer Software - ensure all batching and computer software is kept up to date with the current versions available.
- Quality Control - Ensure accurate batching and QC/QA best practices are followed to provide a quality product to our customers.
- Safety - promote a safe working environment; ensuring company’s safety policies and procedures are being followed. Ensuring Incident and Accident reports are completed and forwarded in a timely manner.
- Fleet Management - Ensure ICL rolling stock is utilized in the most efficient and effective manner, inspections & maintenance is kept up, follows legislated requirements and required maintenance/repairs are coordinated with Maintenance Facility & Personnel.
- Raw Materials Management - responsible for monitoring and coordinating all raw material orders for the production needed.
- Environmental - respect and promote the company’s environmental policy. Ensure operations equipment and systems for environmental stewardship are kept in optimal working order.
- Administration - ensure the day-to-day paperwork is managed and forwarded to head office as per company deadlines.
- **Specific Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to**:_
- Plant start up or shut down procedures and checklists completed. Ensure alarms are armed or disarmed and gates are locked or unlocked (depending on shift).
- Direct Drivers and collaborate with Yard Personnel, Plant Assistants and CSR’s to ensure Operational and Customer needs are maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensure quality product is batched and delivered to our customers in a timely manner. OTIS (On Time, In Spec.)
- Order and receive raw materials.
- Monitor and ensure plant equipment and rolling stock maintenance is completed on a regular basis through collaboration with maintenance Team.
- Scheduling drivers & orders.
- Optimizing plant & batching system.
- Ensure timecards, daily field reports, truck tickets, and other administrative requirements are being completed.
- Collaborate and assist with QC/QA initiatives/checks to ensure our product meets or exceeds expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide updates and communicate regularly to Operations Supervisor.
- Other duties or special projects assigned by Operations Supervisor and/or General Manager as needed.

**Salary**: $29.00-$32.00 per hour
