Top producing real estate company is on the hunt for an experienced administration assistant to join our team. If you have previous experience working within the LOCAL real estate industry, we'd love to hear from you

**The following are a prerequisite**:

- 2+ years of real estate experience in British Columbia**:

- An excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
- Highly organised in a paperless office environment with excellent time management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Able to focus in a high-intensity environment.
- Willing to run errands and comfortable performing other administrative, clerical, personal activities as needed, to maximise company efficiency.
- **An owner of a reliable vehicle with a valid BC drivers' license.**:

- The ability to prioritize, multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency

**The following skills and experience are considered an asset**:

- a current or previous member of the Real Estate Board
- proficient at Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Paragon, MyRealPage, WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
- an avid user of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- skilled at creating print-ready marketing materials
- experienced at event planning and coordination
- skilled in the online world including updating marketing websites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
