We are looking for a Shop & Delivery Worker to join our team in this newly created role

**You have**:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid commercial driver’s license or full G license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Forklift experience or license (if not licensed, will be certified in-house)
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly and professional, customer service experience is a plus
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work overtime, earlier or later shifts, and/or weekends if required to meet the needs of the business
- Comfortable working in indoor or outdoor settings in a variety of weather conditions

**As a Shop & Delivery Worker, you will**:

- Perform inventory duties including stock replenishment, updating labels, weekly cycle counts, and informing Depot Manager of low stock items
- Shipping and receiving including updating Sage300
- Assist customers with order pick ups/drop offs of rental equipment at the Depot, perform circle checks of returned electronic equipment, and advise Manager, Logistics & Dispatch of returned equipment
- Maintain shop & yard including general housekeeping duties, sweeping, shoveling/salting, and advising Depot Manager of any issues or concerns
- Deliver rental equipment as instructed by the Manager, Logistics & Dispatch when required
- Other duties as required to meet customer and business needs
