Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for the real estate industry? An immediate opportunity exists for a REAL ESTATE AGENT RECRUITING SPECIALIST to join our Team. Our extraordinary training, culture, support, technology and tools, and dynamic office environment elevates real estate careers to a higher level.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top-tier real estate sales professionals and branch managers to join our growing Brokerage.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Meet Company Goals**:Recruit a minimum of five (5) agents per month and successful teams, with a proven track record of success and demonstrated high sales volume.
**Industry Mastery**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, competitive intelligence and industry agent and team movement. Enhance your knowledge through both outside and company provided workshops, training sessions, and maintaining a strong network and presence within the real estate sector.
**Collaborative Spirit**: Collaborate effectively and contribute to company and team goals, while ensuring a harmonious and positive working environment.
**Onboarding Support**: Provide support during agent onboarding and orientation, facilitating a smooth integration process for newly recruited real estate agents, as well as maintaining ongoing support to ensure agent retention.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated success and work experience in real estate recruiting a plus.
**Real Estate Acumen**: A solid grasp of the real estate industry landscape, including current market trends, agent migration, and competitive intelligence within the Toronto and GTA. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a professional network within the real estate realm. Previous experience utilizing online platforms for recruitment is required.
**Interpersonal Excellence**: Strong interpersonal skills to foster connections, understand agent aspirations and pinch points, and assess cultural compatibility across all branches.
**Professional Integrity**: Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, treat sensitive information with discretion, and adhere to ethical standards, brand requirements and legal mandates pertinent to recruitment and employment practices.
**Compensation** commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
