As a Field Coordinator with Sparks, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of 12 - 15 people in the Greater Toronto Area. It is the coordinator’s responsibility to manage their team’s schedule, while coaching and mentoring to ensure quality in-store experiences for store staff and consumers. The Field Coordinator will regularly be required to conduct store visits during activations to provide in-store training, and develop relationships with their team. This is a 3 month, project-based contract position where you will be required to work Thursday through Monday each week with the potential for extension beyond the initial 3 month period. Payment is issued to you on a bi-weekly basis and mileage is also paid

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and schedule 12 - 15 Brand Ambassadors, and 25 shifts per week.
- Maintain a high standard of execution, and a 100% completion rate on Brand Ambassador Reporting.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Brand Ambassadors.
- Read reports submitted by Brand Ambassadors and summarize data into weekly reports.
- Achieve 35% - 40% weekly visitations for locations in your area, ensuring you visit every store monthly.
- Build team relationships.
- Address HR & Payroll issues.
- Attend weekly meetings, prepared to discuss outcomes & learnings in field.
- Practice and teach best and safe practices in the field.

**Qualifications**
- 1 - 2 years experience with managing teams remotely.
- 1 - 2 years experience working in retail, particularly home improvement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines
- Must be available on weekends - days off are Tues & Wed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and projects
- Full time access to a vehicle with valid driver's license and up to date insurance
- Steel Toed Boots are a bonus
