**What you will be doing**:
The Family Centre is recruiting a Family Support Services (FSS) Specialist to be a part of the

Collaborative Service Delivery (CSD) team. The Specialist will be supporting FSS service areas with data collection and visualization, scheduling and coordinating casual staff, and providing other backbone needs. This is to ensure that we are collectively providing the best possible care to the children, youth, and families we are contracted to support through Children’s Services.

This is a full-time position of 36.5 hours.
- Data Collection and Visualization: o Running monthly internal and external data reports o Tracking database errors and deficiencies o Creating Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets to automate data aggregation and visualization with the use Power BI and advanced Excel features including query functions, and pivot tables o Working with practitioner team to monitor and resolve data errors
- Scheduling Casual Staff: o Receiving requests for support from casual staff o Scheduling casual staff o Approving timecards for casual staff o Occasionally interviewing and onboarding casual staff

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Diploma or degree in Data Science, Administration or related field and/or two years’ experience in an data-oriented administrative position
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to innovate and identify possible technological process efficiencies
- Experience working with Human Services sector is an asset

**Background Check Process & Requirements**:

- Vulnerable Sector (completed within the last 6 months)
- Child Intervention Records Check (completed within the last 6 months)
