**Job Description** Mission**

As Lead AI Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI within our company. Working closely with engineers, data scientists, IT experts and development teams, you will translate business needs into functional specifications for AI systems. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to innovate and maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Needs analysis**:Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and define specific requirements for AI solutions

**Development of functional specifications**: Document detailed functional requirements, user flows, use cases and test scenarios to guide the development and evaluation of AI solutions

**Process modeling**:Create clear process flow diagrams and data models to illustrate interactions between users, existing systems and new AI components

**Collaboration with development team**: Work closely with data scientists, developers and machine learning engineers to ensure that functional specifications are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities

**Testing and validation**: Design and execute test plans to validate that AI solutions meet functional requirements and user expectations

**User support and training**: Provide end-user support, create training materials and help integrate AI solutions into existing workflows

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or a related field
- A master's degree in a related field is an asset
- Proven experience in functional analysis, ideally in projects involving AI or machine learning solutions
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and techniques, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing or computer vision
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear specifications
- Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of modeling tools and techniques (UML, BPMN) is an asset
