Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive large-scale user growth for our AI chat products. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader with a proven track record in scaling B2C user bases and expertise in paid media, App Store Optimization (ASO), product marketing, and user lifecycle management.


You’ll identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and lead a high-performing team to ensure our apps and web platforms stand out in a competitive market.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Growth Strategies – Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions across our AI chat products.
  • Optimize Campaigns – Analyze performance metrics, refine strategies, and implement A/B testing to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage User Lifecycle – Develop strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. Use data to segment audiences and create personalized experiences that boost lifetime value (LTV).
  • Lead Teams – Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
  • Drive ASO – Optimize app store listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, visuals) to improve rankings and organic downloads. Work closely with product teams to align ASO efforts with feature updates.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving B2C SaaS or digital product growth.
  • Deep expertise in affiliate marketing, paid media, SEO, CRM, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Proven track record in App Store Optimization (ASO) and driving organic app growth.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing and user lifecycle management, including segmentation, retention strategies, and CRM optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable results.
  • Experience leading and inspiring teams in a collaborative, innovative environment.
  • Experience in the adult entertainment or AI-driven SaaS industry is a plus.
