**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to sales opportunities, qualify leads, meet with clients, define scopes of work, generate quotes, organize meetings, and review projects in the pipeline.
- Review relevant bid specs and do estimation quotes from time to time.
- Attend weekly estimation meetings with the team.
- Assist in the Project Management of sales that he has helped create.
- Provide additional design details, organize product shipments with suppliers, and coordinate project hand-offs.
- Work closely with branches and technicians to ensure technical projects are being executed as planned.
- Provide technical support leadership to enable smooth execution from technicians that are commissioning systems and components.
- Assist with support calls from clients over the phone during warranty terms to alleviate non-billable visits.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary education in electronics, programming, security, IT or in another field of relevant experiences
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely with limited supervision
- A team player who thrives on supporting other colleagues to achieve results
- Strong attention to detail
- Aptitude for reading drawings and identifying scope gaps
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of an organization
- Readiness to provide troubleshooting support and repair skills
- CTS or Audio-Visual Certifications
- Electrical Engineering, Design, and Networking Experience
- Structured Cabling Experience
- Sense of organization and priority management
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
- Valid driver’s license: Must provide clean driver's abstract & clean police criminal records check
