**Digital Marketing Specialist**

Do you enjoy executing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive leads and engagement? If you’re looking to join a team at the forefront of Franchise and Travel retail marketing, Expedia Cruises is focused on becoming the leading travel agency in communities across North America.

**What you’ll do**:

- Service Franchisee’s custom digital requests for regional promotions and events
- Support the development of tools and resources for Franchisees including asset and content management for core promotions and offers
- Drive success for the Franchisee consumer marketing programs through program support and administration

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent related professional experience
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise-level marketing tools such as IBM Marketing Cloud / Watson, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Responsys, StrongView
- Understanding of HTML and basic Photoshop skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve client issues and challenges
- Experience with A/B testing strategy and methodology
- E-commerce and travel (cruise) industry experience a plus
