**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for accounts payables and accounts receivables.
- Prepare cashflow on a weekly basis, and projections.
- Responsible for Payroll inputting.
- Responsible for monthly financial and operational reports.
- Reviews inventory valuation on periodic basis.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate Bill of Material costing, analyze standard cost variances, recommend and implement improvements to address the root cause for variance.
- Budget preparation process for manufacturing department and monitor variance of budget to actual on monthly basis.

**Education & Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting and systems experience
- Demonstrated background in financial reporting,
- Proven track record of day-to-day accounting operations and cash management
- Demonstrated experience with process improvements and automation
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interaction/communication
- Solid work ethic and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or guidance
- Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- Previous experience with accounting software is required; QuickBooks is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in QuickBooks, Fishbowl and Ceridian

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
