**Location: Cambridge, ON**

**Compensation: $40,000-50,000 based on experience**

**Hours: On-site Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM**

**We are looking for a Communications Coordinator who will act as an internal liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions with accuracy and efficiency and direct inquiries to the appropriate audience. The target is to ensure excellent employee experience service standards, respond efficiently to employee inquiries and maintain high employee satisfaction.**

**The individual most suitable for this role also has experience with social media marketing. A part of this role will assist in creating and preparing social media posts to showcase our company, employees, and culture.**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Communicate with our employees and connect them to the appropriate team/person
- Represent our company in a positive manner and to ensure we leave a lasting impression with our employees
- Identify and assess employees’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with employees through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Help prepare and gather some social media content for posts to highlight our company and culture
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Proven experience in a communications role or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
