**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide **oversight and strategic direction** for our portfolio of digital marketing clients, ensuring the department is meeting performance objectives and utilizing proper **lifecycle marketing strategies and tactics**:

- Hold the team **accountable for high-quality deliverables**, including defining and enforcing quality standards and reviewing outputs for optimal results
- Lead** segmentation strategies** to increase engagement and reduce churn.
- **Collaborate** with senior SEO strategists to** increase organic traffic **and **online visibility.**:

- Work **collaboratively** with other departments,such as creative, paid media & advertising, project management, CRO, and web development to **ensure a unified approach to client projects.**:

- **Organize and deliver** training sessions and workshops for the marketing team on industry best practices, industry trends and creative thinking techniques.
- **Manage** the **hiring, resource allocation, performance**, and **professional development **within the team.
- Drive process** optimization** to increase the speed and agility of our teams

**Knowledge, Education & Experience Required**
- ** 8+ years of relevant marketing experience**, preferably in **B2C and eCommerce**:

- **Minimum 3 years** experience in a **management **role
- Strong **understanding of SEO strategies and tactics**, as well as the impact of SEO to a digital experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- **Experience** with **attribution platforms** such as TripleWhale, North Beam, Google Analytics
- A College diploma, University degree, or relevant job-related experience. We welcome highly experienced, self-taught, and self-motivated learners who express a strong passion for digital marketing
- Demonstrated knowledge of CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance
- **Proficiency** with **customer data management, measuring channel metrics** and performance, and monitoring deliverability
