**Role Summary**:
As a Full-Time Product Manager for Trailer Tracking Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing enhancements. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, market trends, and business objectives, translating them into actionable plans that deliver value to our clients and drive the growth of our product portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the product vision and strategy for our trailer tracking solutions, aligning with overall company objectives and market demands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape, utilizing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the prioritized features, enhancements, and innovations, considering customer feedback and business priorities.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with customers, sales teams, and support personnel to gather product requirements, understanding specific use cases and translating them into actionable development tasks.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of product development, balancing technical feasibility, resource allocation, and time-to-market.
- User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach in product design, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for customers.
- Product Launch: Lead successful product launches, including planning, coordination, marketing collateral, sales enablement, and customer communication.
- Performance Monitoring: Define key product metrics and track the performance of the product after launch, conducting regular analysis and initiating improvements to achieve optimal results.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to all relevant stakeholders within the organization, fostering a collaborative and transparent environment.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring our products are in adherence to applicable standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology or logistics industry, with a track record of successful product launches and enhancements.
- In-depth knowledge of trailer tracking technologies, fleet management, logistics, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with customers.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Passionate about technology and innovation, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
