**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for photographing and receiving parts in a production environment with a continued focus on process and improvement and daily goal attainment.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain our focus on customer service while performing various order processing tasks.
- Occasional business related phone calls to inside and outside sales and customer service.
- Stage and record incoming returns for PLC, Distribution, Repairs. This will include photos and scanning incoming documents that accompany returns and link them to the case in CRM.
- Receive purchase orders, fulfill and invoice sales orders.
- Light lifting up to at least 50 pounds.
- Maintain an organized environment.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

**EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY**
- Introductory Review - Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employee has sufficiently met and performed the job requirements, and will indicate whether employment will continue
- Monthly Reviews - Employee will be given a brief written monthly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of sales activity
- Annual Reviews - Employee will be given a formal regular annual review, which assesses productivity and demonstrated business skills and accomplishments for the previous period.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
This is a full time position with hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, Monday through Friday. Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently. Time off will be granted with proper formal notice in accordance with company policy.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
The environment is a professional open office environment located in the production warehouse. It may be necessary from time to time to go to other departments relative to the requirements of the position. Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. Closed toe, hard soled shoes must be worn. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (shirt with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Employee must adhere to Radwell safety policies at all times.

- Strong organizational skills are required
- General knowledge of Windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of in house programs in order to navigate throughout the system
- Must be a team player with focus on department growth and process improvement
- Must work well in a team environment with constant interaction among the staff

Required Experience
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus
