Mississauga Bus, Coach, & Truck Repair Inc. (MBCT) is an innovative Canadian organization founded in 2002. Our 60,000 square foot service and repair facility in the GTA requires skilled staff to increase our existing workforce.
**Opportunity: Contract Administrator**
As part of our expansion strategy and to better serve our distributors and customers, we are hiring a Contract Administrator to serve as a key member of our service team.
**Location**:6625 Kestrel Rd. Mississauga, ONT. L5T 1P4
**Major Intersection**: South of Courtneypark Dr. E. & Tomken Rd
**Shift**:Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that safety is the top priority in all activities performed;
- Administers assigned contracts maintaining a continual review of progress and providing management with information regarding projected financial or technical difficulties;
- Provide coordination and support of customer contract reviews, including workflow and data tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements;
- Support adherence to internal policies, processes, operations and work orders for contract compliance;
- Maintain excellent relationships with company’s internal stakeholders and key project leads;
- Assist with the management and monitoring of contracted inventory;
- Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedure;
- Prepares periodic status and metrics reports for management;
- Assist with data collection, contract compliance projects, customer audits and due diligence questionnaires, and other departmental duties as required;
- 3-5 years of experience related to contract administration, database management, and/or automotive service writing;
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, with emphasis on Word and Excel;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent judgement and strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to different situations and manage stress;
- Demonstrate good teamwork skills and maintain positive interactions with others;
- Good verbal, reading comprehension and writing skills;
- Knowledge of first aid, WHMIS, or Kaizen/Lean would be beneficial.
