**Primary Job Functions**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Ancillary Revenue and Digital, the **Sales and **Distribution Manager** will deliver the best**-**in**-**class distribution execution that assures incremental revenues.

The** Sales and Distribution Manager** will be responsible for setting a ULCC distribution strategy across all channels direct, indirect, online, offline, B2B, B2B2C & B2C including expanding our group sales program.

This role will work cross-functional with multiple teams to assure customer satisfaction while using analyses and business development strategies to align with the correct distribution partners.

The **Sales and Distribution Manager **will be responsible for:

- Building a cohesive distribution strategy for Flair’s high growth trajectory, running a cost-benefit analysis of individual channels.
- Maximize channel mix strategies between online, offline, direct, indirect, B2B, B2B2C & B2C channels.
- Negotiate deals and agreements with distribution partners at the lowest distribution cost.
- Maximize revenue generation by building a new group booking process to increase the speed of conversion with best-in-class pricing.
- Work across multiple teams to ensure customer care is seamless from inquiry, to quote, to purchase, to travel.
- Deliver effective reporting on group sales impact on segment revenues and seasonality.
- Work with the IT team to develop low-touch distribution capabilities to enable lower unit-cost sales.

Experience**:

- At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in, key account management, business development, or commercial roles.
- Experience in the airline industry, GDS (global distribution systems), OTA (online travel agencies), TMC (travel management companies), or DMC (destination management companies) is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing commercial environment ensuring revenue optimization.
