**About the Opportunity**:
Ralcomm has an opportunity for a full-time temporary (maternity leave) **Sales Representative**, based in Leduc Alberta**.**

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

- Providing an outstanding customer experience
- Working alongside a team of fellow sales individuals to meet personal and store sales targets
- Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service by helping them get the most from their device and rate plan
- Store merchandising and operational tasks
- Selling TELUS/KOODO mobility and home services
- Actively participating in team huddles and ongoing training sessions
- Leveraging communication skills to convey the value proposition effectively
- Demonstrating resilience and adaptability in handling objections and challenges
- Utilizing Statflo and other tools for efficient tracking and management of sales activities

- Proficiency with Smartphones and tablets
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building
- Experience working in telecommunications (asset but not required)
