Vars Concrete is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join

our team as a service coordinator/accounting clerk. If you enjoy versatility, this

could be a great role for you

Tasks would include but not be limited to:
**60% SERVICE COORDINATOR**
- Receive, distribute, process and track work orders for service requests
- Collaborate with service team to ensure timely and accurate completion of the assigned tasks
- Data entry of repair orders, date completed, and a description of tasks performed by the technician and entered into a database (e-Way CRM )
- Provide feedback to home builders to alleviate any concerns related to the status of the work order

**40% ACCOUNTING CLERK (Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable)**
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as reconciling accounts, preparing invoices and processing cheque runs and electronic payments
- Receive, sort and verify invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals have been acquired and documented
- Maintain all electronic and paper filing systems by ensuring all accounting documents are organized and saved appropriately on a timely basis

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage, e-Way CRM)
- Bilingual is an asset (French and English)
- Team oriented player
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
- Able to sit for long periods of time
