**Operations Lead**

**Seeking a responsible, dynamic individual for a stimulating position as Operations Lead in functional medicine clinic. Work with a female MD whose practices outcome-based, root-cause medicine, serving mostly peri-menopausal and menopausal women. Must have passion for customer service, personal & clinic growth, strong desire to learn & advance, passion for leading the team and helping patients by mastering & growing in this position. Looking for 2 part time positions.**

- International Medical Graduate
- Nurse
- Medical terminology certificate preferred
- CPR and Basic First Aid desirable
- IV skills beneficial

**Skills and Experience**
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Superior organizational skills are essential
- Facility with MAC and PC systems an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience with Canva and Posting to Social Media desirable
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Competency in telephone skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Impeccable Customer Service Experience (medical office beneficial but not exclusive)
- Passion for Natural Healthcare
- Leadership experience highly beneficial

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Deliver customer service in person, on the phone, virtually
- Financial systems such as customer payments
- Address and coordinate new clinic patients and inquiries
- Daily operations of medical office including patient scheduling

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday (some exceptions)
- Part time approx. 25 hrs/week per position

**Salary**
- $20 -25/hr commensurate with experience

**Location**
- Burlington On.
