**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of relevant post-secondary education in human resources and/or labour relations.
- Demonstrated experience in human resources. Unionized and municipal or broader public sector experience is an asset.
- Certified Human Resources Leader Professional or Leader (CHRP/CHRL) designation is an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to prepare well written reports and must possess good communication and presentation skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and a vehicle with insurance is required.
