The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s sales functions within a region. The sales manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of strategic initiatives to increase market share, customer retention, and revenue. The sales manager will also be responsible for the development of strategic partnerships with regional distribution centers to ensure effective distribution of the company’s products and services. The position requires a strong commitment to service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

**Sales and Customer Experience**
- Maintains a keen interest in the vape industry and market trends.
- Sets and monitors individual sales goals/achievements for yourself to help ensure your sales plan is met.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base, retaining client loyalty by ensuring all clients receive a personalized experience when assisted by yourself or a member of the sales team.
- Facilitate the brand’s high standards of client experience, ensuring you are communicating the brand’s aesthetic and story correctly and consistently.
- Resolve any customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrates strong styling and merchandising skills.
- Ensures image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand aesthetic and guides at all times.

**Operations**
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with wholesale clients, vape stores, and corporations.
- Complete operational tasks such as vape deliveries when necessary.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must possess a minimum of 1+ years of vaping sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Exceptional time management skills and a high level of ownership
- Energetic, confident personality mixed with a strong work ethic.
- A fast learner, analyzes situations and looks for solutions.
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an asset.

**Salary**: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
