Join our rapidly expanding sales team as a **Sales Consultant** and take the lead in shaping the future of our business.

**What You'll Do**

As a **Sales Consultant**, you will spearhead new business initiatives by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients to assess their Group Benefits/Group Retirement programs.

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**

**New Business Development**
- Proactively prospect and secure new clients for PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd.
- Collaborate with prospective clients and insurance carriers throughout the entire sales process.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, working in tandem with the Sales Leadership team and Account Managers to ensure successful client implementation.

**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong phone presence and comfort in making daily cold calls.
- A "Hunter" approach to sales.
- Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and polished presentation abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

**Bonus Points if You Have**
- LLQP license or a willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge/experience in group benefits and group retirement services.
- GBA or RPA designation.
