**Job description**

Prudent Law is rapidly growing law firm based in Mississauga. We are seeking a real estate lawyer to focus in our private mortgages department.

Previous experience in the following is an asset:

- private mortgage exp. of at least 3 years;
- review of title and off title searches;
- experience acting for lenders on a private mortgage;
- knowledge and experience with law society requirements when acting on a private mortgage;
- great attention to detail and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks;
- previous experience working on a high volume of real estate files every month.

This lawyer will have couple of law clerks reporting to them.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
