Medium size, downtown law firm requires a Receptionist/Administration Clerk with duties as follows but not limited to:

- Answering all incoming calls, dispersing calls to correct department or liasing with people to give great customer service by answering any or all of their queries
- Opening/distributing mail, dealing with all couriers (incoming/outgoing)
- Posting time/disbursements to clients files
- Processing all credit card transactions
- Various projects as required (letters, filing)
- Managing inhouse luncheon functions for lawyers and their meetings
- Maintain all board room bookings

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
