Designate Supervisor

*This role will predominately be RECE, with opportunities to step into a supervisor role as required. There may be future opportunities for advancement.

Rate of Pay: Depends on experience and credentials. Minimum rate: $21.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities: Provide coverage for supervisors when they are off/on vacation or covering for the Executive Director. Otherwise, their role is that of an RECE.

Experience: RECE experience required. Supervisory experience an asset. Experience with Special Needs Children is also an asset. Some computer skills, First Aid/ CPR Certificate is also required.

Credentials: Early Childhood Education Diploma, Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

Other Requirements: Flexible schedule, Occasional evenings/weekends, Ongoing Professional Development, Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Child abuse registry check, Medical exam, Immunization records, Tuberculosis test, Bondable, Vulnerable sector check

Hours: 40 hours per week
