**Your main responsibilities**:

- Provide support to all customers and resolve technical issues for incidents or service requests
- Document computer systems
- Perform maintenance on the various systems/servers/equipment connected to the network
- Record and document all troubleshooting steps and resolution activities in the ticketing system
- Participate in key IT systems and solutions deployment projects
- Participate in the improvement of systems or procedures
- Identify and escalate incidents that cannot be resolved
- Manage inventory and participate in the equipment renewal cycle
- Perform other related tasks, including administrative tasks

**Your Profile**:

- College diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Virtual VMware and Active Directory environments
- Versatility, autonomy, good communication skills and customer service orientation
