Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager on a full-time basis to be part of our Commercial Enablement team. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Enablement, the Commercial Excellence Manager works with Canada senior commercial leaders and the commercial organization to deliver strategic initiatives that enable the achievement of business objectives, including incremental growth across our regions and sales channels. Responsibilities include leading complex projects to drive a better customer experience and equip the commercial organization with the right tools, training, and resources to be successful. The Commercial Excellence Manager is integral to driving a high performing center of excellence with a relentless focus on internal and external customers that delivers value and excellence by optimizing our operations and capabilities leveraging data, analytics, technology, and industry best practices. This role identifies and delivers innovate processes, tools, and standardization opportunities to optimize commercial activities and drive profitable growth.

**_ Your Contributions to the Organization will be_**:
**_ Accountabilities_**
- ** Customer Enablement**
- Work with leadership to optimize and lead business planning and drive better commercial processes/practices and templates to enable the commercial organization.
- Equip commercial teams with the tools, resources, knowledge to show up professionally to customers and drive value, including leading Account Planning initiatives and Business Review standardization.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights on the business.
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning cadence for the organization including strategy development, timing guidelines and facilitation of meetings to produce the required business deliverables and outputs, including educating cross functional teams on the strategy.
- ** Continuous Improvement Projects**
- Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities / analytics to manage a wide variety of projects with significant, long-term impact to the business and our customers. Participate and/or lead cross functional projects that drive process change and challenge the status quo, driving commercial as a center of excellence.
- Identify and deliver innovative processes, tools, and standardization opportunities to optimize commercial activities and drive profitable growth.
- ** Customer Experience**
- Lead development and prioritization of customer segmentation and operationalize processes to accelerate customer prioritization to inform commercial business planning strategies and tactics.
- Support execution of Voice of Customer, share insights with leaders, and drive projects that support a better customer experience.
- Lead customer experience council
- ** Training & Learning/Development disbursement for the Commercial Organization**
- Responsible for developing and delivering the commercial onboarding process, tools, and resources for new hires or internal transfers.
- Working in collaboration with the global COE, HR, sales leadership, and other business partners, is responsible for the selection and support of the Sales learning plan and curriculum.
- Facilitate commercial learning sessions and trainings to sales team throughout the year and during the annual national sales meeting.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in healthcare.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, highly matrixed global organization.
- Innovative thinker able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex problems and provide actionable insights using a data driven approach.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

- Customer centric mindset to deliver value and excellence to customers.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, project management and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability navigating diverse business functions and adapting to changing business needs.
- Highly motivated, creative, self-sufficient, able to operate effectively with a team.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
