**About**:
As part of the Operational Performance team, and reporting to the Director of the team, your role as Data Quality Analyst will be to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the organization's data. You will work closely with several other departments to ensure the proper management and use of data to support strategic organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement a data quality management plan for the organization.
- Conduct regular monitoring to ensure the quality of data managed by the organization.
- Correct and standardize incorrect data.
- Build the tools needed to optimize tasks.
- Statistics: monitor data quality and error rates.
- Improvement and automation: collaborate with operational teams to optimize data flows, improve processes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Work in collaboration with the project, DX, BI and IT teams to ensure development takes into consideration the needs associated with data quality.
- Communicate best practices in data management to the organization.
- Identify potential data deficiencies during the implementation of new projects.
- Any other tasks that may fall within the scope of this position.

**Profile required**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data management, data governance and/or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Excel, VBA and SQL programming.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills.
- Understanding of business processes and ability to integrate data to optimize performance.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to serve clients in all Canadian provinces.
- Ability to develop knowledge and skills independently.
