Job Summary:
As our Materials & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all products are ordered, received and stored accurately and efficiently. You will also manage our vehicle fleet and tools, guaranteeing that our resources are well-maintained and ready to support our growing business. Your leadership, strong organizational skills, and ability to optimize processes will be essential in driving our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and staging or delivering product to job sites, while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, conducting regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring a clean, organized, and secure working environment for all team members.
- Be trained on the safe use of a forklift and stacker.
- Manage our vehicle fleet, including maintenance scheduling, repairs, and procurement, ensuring that vehicles are available and in optimal condition to support business operations.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of tools and equipment, implementing systems to track usage, and ensuring that all resources are in good working order.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and coordinate the timely arrival of products to meet customer demand.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Ensuring the company building is well maintained and managing external trades to accomplish regular and required maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, warehouse management, shipping and receiving, and inventory control.
- Proven experience managing vehicle fleets and tools/equipment in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to optimize processes.
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety protocols and regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
