**Position Summary**

**You Will**
- Reviews external product crossing lists entered by Sales/Customer Support, and ensure necessary details are provided.
- Review completion deadlines requested for external product crosses and communicate any challenges with expected deadlines as needed to the Cross Referencing Manager.
- Review competitor/manufacturer parts submitted by the sales team, and determine the best internal product to offer the customer to replace the previous item.
- Identify and capture the match type and part numbers of the suggested items
- Document/communicate any key variances between the original and suggested items to sales team.
- Review and report website description or specification errors or omissions to Category Support Team.

**You Have**
- Bachelor's Degree / college diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1+ 3 years of mechanic, or parts management, or customer service, or field service, database maintenance experience preferred
- _Must be fluently bilingual in both English and French, written and spoken._
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership and decision making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Some technical background is desirable.
- Knowledge of the parts industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
