Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development, our new Customer Solutions Specialist will be a key member of our Business Development team. You'll support ingredient sales, field sales, participate in the department, and launches of new products, and manage broker workflows. This dynamic role is hands on, and ideal for someone who enjoys being highly involved in the day to day while making an impact.

**OPPORTUNITY**
As a **Customer Solutions Specialist**, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service. If you’re passionate about problem-solving, thrive on effective communication, and enjoy collaborating across departments, this position is a great fit for you. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development, you’ll be a key member of our Business Development team, supporting ingredient sales, field sales, and new product launches.

- Degree/Diploma in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in CPG retailer sourcing portal systems GS1, 1WorldSync, IX-one, Syndigo
- Experience in the CPG and/or Baking Industry

**THINGS YOU WILL DO**:

- Own communication to ingredient customers, field sales team, brokers, retailers and internal teams regarding product launch details, discontinuances, price change notifications, price lists, and more
- Serve as a key member on a cross-functional team that develops and launches new branded items
- Manage sample budgets, communication and distribution of US/Canadian/International sample requests and sales materials to the Sales and Broker teams.
- Ensure Customer and third-party portals are up to date with accurate product details and images.
- Champion the onboarding process for new customers as it relates to product and pricing set up

**OTHER**:

- You may work at varied times on occasion, as the job requires.
- You may be required to travel infrequently to attend sales meetings or supplier conferences.
