Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development, our new Customer Solutions Specialist will be a key member of our Business Development team. You'll support ingredient sales, field sales, participate in the department, and launches of new products, and manage broker workflows. **OPPORTUNITY**
As a **Customer Solutions Specialist**, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development, you’ll be a key member of our Business Development team, supporting ingredient sales, field sales, and new product launches.

- Degree/Diploma in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in CPG retailer sourcing portal systems GS1, 1WorldSync, IX-one, Syndigo
- Experience in the CPG and/or Baking Industry

**THINGS YOU WILL DO**:

- Own communication to ingredient customers, field sales team, brokers, retailers and internal teams regarding product launch details, discontinuances, price change notifications, price lists, and more
- Serve as a key member on a cross-functional team that develops and launches new branded items
- Manage sample budgets, communication and distribution of US/Canadian/International sample requests and sales materials to the Sales and Broker teams.
- Ensure Customer and third-party portals are up to date with accurate product details and images.
- Champion the onboarding process for new customers as it relates to product and pricing set up

- You may work at varied times on occasion, as the job requires.
- You may be required to travel infrequently to attend sales meetings or supplier conferences.
