Overview of the role:
Based in Canada and reporting to the Manager, Business Delivery Solutions, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining related Saputo systems and supporting the end users. In addition, providing administrative support to the Business Delivery Solutions Team.
How you will make contributions that matter:
- Maintain related Saputo and 3rd party systems (Maestro, IOS, ARIBA, ECPS, COOPA, EDI and CS)
- Provide communication and support to end users of the systems.
- Maintain related SOP’s
- Provide daily reports for Distribution and Warehouse Teams
- Maintain Asset tracking, reporting and audits for the Business
- Provide administrative tasks to support for Special Projects
- Provide Support for the BDS Team
- Record keeping and Data Collection
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years experience in a related field
- Experienced in related Saputo systems (Maestro, IOS, ARIBA, ECPS, COOPA, EDI and CS)
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High level of precision, analytical skills, initiative, and autonomy
- Excellent ability to multi-task, manage priorities and organizational skills
- Possesses excellent people skills and eager to make a positive contribution to the team
- Flexible and able to adapt to new tasks and processes
- Strives for continuous improvement of the day-to-day activities
- Bilingualism (spoken and written) an asset
