**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be relied on for on-going accounting support and available to assist Management, Assistant Controller and Production team. Strong work ethic, attendance and consistent performance are required for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Receivable**_
- General_
- Check and retrieve mail
- Cheque eDeposits
- Collections of customer accounts and ensuring they are within terms
- Generate daily credit card batch reports
- General maintenance of accounts receivables in both A+W and Great Plains
- Integrate sales invoices and credit memos from A+W to Great Plains
- Process credit card payments
- Receive glass into Image Inventory System as needed
- Reconciliation of GL
- Ad-hoc tasks/projects
- A+W_
- Assist customers with their inquiries
- Balance and Invoice shipped orders
- Issue credits
- Lock/Unlock customers for the customer service and shipping departments
- Review order acknowledgement/pricing and process payment for prepayment orders
- Release orders to production team for scheduling
- Setup and maintenance of customer accounts
- Great Plains_
- Enter all customer payments into Great Plains
- Generate weekly account status reports
- Post payments/credits
- Process manual transactions
- Process prepayment orders
- Review aging report & make appropriate collection calls throughout the week
- Review customer credit limits and ensure they are strictly adhered to
- Send weekly/monthly statements to customers
- Setup and maintenance of customer accounts

**Required skills**
- Certificate in Accounting
- Must have general knowledge of accounting principles
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Ability to work independently and possess a positive attitude
- Self-starter and proactive with problem-solving and process improvements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office - specifically Word and Excel and familiar with an ERP system (Great Plains)
- Courteous and professional manner, with strong customer service skills
- Ethical behavior when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Must have your own transportation as our location is not transit-friendly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$27.88 per hour
