As a _**Digital Channel Manager - B2B Integrations**_, you play a crucial role in executing this strategy by collaborating with customers, suppliers, and employees to enhance our business-to-business efficiency and ultimately building loyalty and trust. As _**Digital Channel Manager - B2B Integrations**_, you play a vital role in advancing Rexel's digital strategy by owning, coordinating, developing, and troubleshooting daily integration activities. Your responsibilities extend to aligning domestic activities with the global ambitions and collaborating with key business partners to enhance both supplier and customer experiences, while representing Rexel Canada through its operating companies. Reporting to the _Director, Digital Solutions_, you occupy a cross-functional support role that is pivotal in ensuring that the organization stays ahead in the fast-paced digital landscape and achieves long-term success. With your expertise and knowledge of the latest technologies and digital trends, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization and delivering value to its customers and employees.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The primary responsibilities for this position are:

- Supporting the Director of Digital Solutions in formulating and implementing effective B2B Integration strategies for _Eastern Canada._
- Facilitating the integration of customer-to-supplier connectivity solutions utilizing EDI, cXML, and API standards, from project initiation to final implementation. This includes conducting follow-up with customers to ensure project success.
- Collaborating with the Rexel banner account manager and IT teams to fulfill electronic catalog requests for customers using Punchout Level 1 and 2 solutions.
- Boosting the Order Automation channel through a focus on all crucial processes, including account targeting, onboarding, utilization, analytics, and technical advancements.
- Utilizing existing tools and developing new tools to identify and qualify accounts that are suitable for Order Automation conversion.
- Working closely with Order Automation partners, Rexel IT, and Divisional business team members for all onboarding, validation, testing, and order maintenance activities.
- Encouraging the utilization of the Order Automation option for all onboarding accounts through close collaboration with Divisional Operations Managers, Branch Managers, and CSRs, to provide training, monitor performance, and address any non-conformities.
- Serving as a liaison for VMI and CMI solutions between the banner sales and operations teams and technology provider, eTurns, to deliver technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and offer significant benefits to customers.
- Contributing to the development of API-driven solutions in response to customer requests for data to fuel their digital business operations, such as quote packages, bill of material builders, procurement and productivity software tools, and more.
