**Job Title**:Registration and Customer Support Coordinator

**Reports To**:CEO/Director of Marketing

**Department**:Event Production

**Summary**:Coordinates and manages all attendee customer service requests and registration systems by performing the following duties.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manages and Supports In-House and Onsite registration software, and e-media initiatives.
- Manages onsite and online customer service requests.
- Manages registration equipment including travel to events and setup.
- Meets with Management on event registration specifics. Update and complete daily task/project specs.
- A minimum of 2 days per week required in the Markham office when not travelling

**Qualifications**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries
- Comfort in navigating/utilizing in-house IT systems
- Manage event registration system
- Outgoing, there is a face-to-face customer service element when on-site at a tradeshow/conference
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to travel in North America and physically capable of setting up registration equipment/system on-site

**Education/Experience**:
University or College related degree or equivalent from a technical school; or 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Computer Skills**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a good working knowledge of:
Programming: Basic Working knowledge of HTML

Communications: Outlook

Office productivity: MS Office suite

Hardware: All general PC hardware including: PC’s, network/laser printers, routers, switches, wireless network
