Our team is growing, and we are excited to post this listing for a **Service Desk Manager**

At Tech Army, we are looking for a Service Superhero to manage our team in Ottawa. As the Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for all things service related. You will manage and improve the ticketing system, manage service team members, provide guidance, training, technical escalation assistance, and more. You will be the face of Tech Army to our clients, and you will need to represent our company with excellence.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of a college diploma or equivalent work experience
- Valid class G driving license with access to own vehicle
- A keen ability to diagnose technical issues in Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
- Ticket system and helpdesk experience
- Excellent communication skills no matter who you are talking to
- Previous experience supporting Microsoft-related technologies: Windows 11, 10, 7, and earlier
- Previous experience managing staff in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task like a master

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional IT Certifications
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- An awareness of all our support services
- An understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
