Superior Glove Works Ltd.is currently hiring for a **Territory Manager** to work from their home office in British Colombia to cover and travel frequently through the northern and interior parts of BC.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key distributors, our customers, in the territory
- Actively seek out and engage with key end-users within the territory.
- Conduct discovery meetings/calls to understand hand safety issues and challenges and provide consultative solutions that meet end user needs
- Support distributors with regular product training sessions to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to successfully promote our products
- Educate and build relationships with end users at all levels to help support and drive sales through distribution
- Gather and report on market trends, competitive information, and potential for new products and services
- Identify potential opportunities to conduct Hand Safety Program assessment at end-user level. Provide detailed reporting for safety recommendations to promote our products and ensure safety of workers
- Work closely with both distributors and end-users, to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Travel within territory for face-to-face meetings for up to 60% travel
- Stay up to date with administrative tasks to track, follow up and ensure success.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years’ business to business (B2B) sales experience
- Post-secondary diploma / degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related program preferred
- Proven record of sales success and history of sales accomplishments
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, CRM and Internet navigation
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Oracle Netsuite, considered an asset
- Valid passport and driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; must be willing and able to travel
- Ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and driven self-starter who can work independently within a team environment and strives to be the best.
