**About the position**:
Reporting to the Manager, HR Client Services you will join a diverse team of 6 collaborative team members focused on providing a high level of HR Service across the Bank.

Further, you will have the full support of your leader and teammates to enhance your skills, experiment, and further your career in various areas of HR that could be of your interest.

**What you will do**
You will be responsible for the daily transaction management and being the first point of contact within the Client Service Team for HR transactions and inquiries. Your daily activities also include responding to inquiries from internal and external clients and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.

In addition, you will:

- Manage priority of processing transactions based on the payroll calendar cycles.
- Conduct payment simulations to ensure accuracy
- Review discrepancy reports to ensure data entry is accurate
- Track and respond to inquiries in a case management system
- Maintain digital employee files
- Recommend process improvements
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and validation related to HR technology enhancements as required

**What you need to succeed**
The HR Centre is a very dynamic environment; you will need to be adaptable, capable of working and reporting on multiple files with various deadlines. You also have a great attention to detail, are well organized and can prioritize work. You also have good analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be a strong team player by building strong relationships and collaborating with others.

In addition, you have:

- Experience with MS Office including Outlook, MS TEAMS.
- Previous experience in a client/customer service environment with the proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and their impact on the business

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience working with SAP, SuccessFactors (Employee Central), and/or a similar CASE Management system

**Your education and experience**

**What you need to know**
- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
- Security level required: Be eligible to obtain Reliability

**Hybrid Work Model **#LI-Hybrid**

The Bank is conducting a trial of a hybrid working model which provides employees with the flexibility to telework for significant portions of each month. During the trial, employees will be expected to come onsite on those days when they are involved in activities that they or their leader feel are better conducted in person and to build connections with colleagues. For the majority of employees, it is expected that onsite time will range from 5 to 10 days per month, depending on your role. You must live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $59,415 to $69,900 (job grade 13)
