Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous êtes très organisé(e), fiable, doté(e) d'une bonne connaissance d'Excel et vous avez d'excellentes capacités de communication et de compréhension. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement en constante évolution où une personne motivée avec une attitude positive s'épanouira. Vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe de vente en gros, mais vous aurez l'occasion de collaborer avec différents départements (DC, importation/production, vente au détail). Vous ferez:

- Mettre en place des systèmes, des fiches de ligne et gérer les échantillons pour les marchés saisonniers.
- Gérer et mettre à jour les stocks disponibles et à venir sur une base hebdomadaire.
- Créer et maintenir des rapports réguliers selon les besoins (par exemple, rapports d'expédition, rapports de vente, récapitulatifs de marché, fichiers de projection).
- Travailler avec les services de logistique et de production pour garantir l'arrivée des produits en temps voulu.
- Maintenir et télécharger les fichiers de prix pour toutes les divisions et toutes les saisons.
- Participer à la mise en place de la salle d'exposition pendant les périodes de marché (4 fois par an).
- Travailler de manière transversale avec les divisions de vente au détail et de vente en gros.
- Soutenir la direction en ce qui concerne les ventes et les demandes quotidiennes, telles que le traitement des commandes, le suivi des échantillons et l'expédition.

Vous devez avoir:

- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la mode au détail ; une expérience dans la vente en gros serait un atout.
- Souci du détail, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de communication.
- Maîtrise d'Excel et d'Outlook.

Wholesale Coordinator, 15-month contract

Who You Are:
You are extremely organized, reliable, excel savvy and have great communication and listening skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude will thrive. You will work within the wholesale team but will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments (DC, import/production, retail). What You'll Do:

- Set up systems, line sheets and manage samples for seasonal markets.
- Manage and update available and upcoming inventory on a weekly basis.
- Create and maintain regular reporting as needed (i.e., shipping reports, selling reports, market recaps, projection files).
- Working with logistics and production departments to ensure timely arrival of product.
- Maintaining and uploading pricing files across all divisions and seasons.
- Assist in showroom set up during market periods (4x/year).
- Work cross-functionally with Retail/Wholesale divisions.
- Support management with sales and day-to-day requests, such as processing purchase orders, sample tracking and shipping.

You’ll Need to Have:

- 1-2 years of pertinent experience in fashion retail; wholesale experience would be an asset.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in excel and outlook.
