We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Super Host/Hostess at Speakeasy Tapas Lounge. As a Super Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience. Your dynamic personality and excellent interpersonal skills will be key in ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a memorable first impression.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, considering guest preferences and table availability.
- Provide accurate wait times and inform guests of any special events, promotions, or menu offerings.
- Engage with guests in a polite and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and drink offerings, to provide recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
- Coordinate with the serving staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely seating and service.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve guest satisfaction and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and supporting fellow team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle reservations, seating, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Must be an extrovert with a dynamic personality, enjoying interacting with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
